アイアンレンジ683クイックドライブは、有効レングスを従来モデル663と同様に設定し、リアグリップ長を約2インチ延長しました。
それによりジャークする際の保持力を高め、様々なジャークスタイルに対応します。クイックドライブは、比較的反発のあるファーストテーパーを採用しティップセクションのみを使った繊細でタイトなジグ操作を可能にします。
ローギアリールと合わせることで狭いレンジでジグの移動距離を抑えつつアクション回数を増やしたいときや、ハイギアリールとの組み合わせで、ロッドレングスを利用しジグを大きくスライドさせたい場面で有効に機能します。
北海道～東北のブリ、外房～茨城方面のヒラマサ、日本海側のブリ、ヒラマサ、九州玄界灘のブリ、ヒラマサと日本近海をカバーできるロッドです。
The Iron Range 683 Quick Drive has the same effective length as the previous model 663, but the rear grip length has been extended by approximately 2 inches. This increases the holding power when jerking, making it suitable for a variety of jerking styles. The quick drive has a relatively resilient fast taper to enable delicate and tight jig manipulation using only the tip section. When combined with a low gear reel, it is effective when you want to increase the number of actions in a narrow range while reducing the jig's travel distance, and when combined with a high gear reel, it works effectively in situations where you want to slide the jig widely using the rod length. This rod can be used for yellowtail from Hokkaido to Tohoku, sunfish from Sotobo to Ibaraki, yellowtail and sunfish in the Sea of Japan, yellowtail and sunfish in Genkai Sea, Kyushu, and other waters around Japan.
