2018-2020 Development started around the fall of 2018.
At that time, development started with things that were conscious of the urban bay area, such as hairtail and sea bass.
After many trials and errors, in actual fishing tests in Tokyo Bay and Suruga Bay, it was being finished with a good catch. However, the hairtail market at that time was crowded with overseas products with excellent cost performance, and development was temporarily suspended because iron jigs made in Japan and whose production costs were several steps higher than lead had little chance of winning.
Since then, NatureBoys staff have recorded good fishing results in private jigging, and the reliability of hairtail jigging was particularly strong.
In early February 2021, in Rokkasho Village, Aomori Prefecture, where iron jigs are produced, we will perform cherry salmon jigging on a boat owned by our company. Since it was the beginning of the season, I was not even confident about the existence of cherry salmon.
It was this prototype that I changed the lure by intuition at that time when I had a part-time job that I didn't ride multiple times. From there, it became a crazy wave of 6 consecutive catches, and I gave up because I thought that it would be overfishing. From that point on, the halted development resumed.
Mid-February to mid-March 2021 At the tip of Shimokita Peninsula, Aomori Prefecture, in the direction of Shiriyazaki and sea conditions, field tests are repeated, and various prototypes are tried and fine-tuned while subsiding speed, fish reactions, and surroundings. Verification is repeated with the difference in catches with.
From the end of March to the end of April 2021, the Shimokita group and the Iwate Ofunato group will be separated, and the actual fishing test will continue.
While the prototypes were narrowed down to 3 patterns, multiple people including the factory makers verified it, and the prototype with the highest track record was accepted.
