Therefore, we have started the "Ikatetsu Repair Service" to replace damaged hooks and get them back in action.
By intentionally not repainting and focusing solely on hook replacement,
we achieve low prices and quick turnaround times.
The repair service is available year-round.
Please use it not only for off-season maintenance but also before and after the high season when Ikatetsu is most active.

Overview
We will replace the hooks on damaged NatureBoys Ikatetsu for 400 yen (tax included) per unit. For eligible models, the price is 400 yen (tax included) per unit, regardless of weight. Shipping costs for both sending and returning will be borne by the customer. Return shipping will be a flat rate of 600 yen (tax included) regardless of the number of units. *Excludes Okinawa and remote islands.
・Any shipping company is acceptable. Please securely pack the ordered number of units and send them pre-paid.

Procedure
① Order Acceptance
The price is 400 yen (tax included) per eligible Ikatetsu unit, regardless of weight. On the purchase screen, select the corresponding weight, enter the desired quantity, and proceed to the payment screen. A flat return shipping fee of 600 yen (tax included) will be added regardless of the number of units. After entering the necessary information and confirming payment, the application is complete.
② Ship Ikatetsu with damaged hooks
Order Acceptance Period: Year-round
Any shipping company is acceptable. Please securely pack the ordered number of units and send them pre-paid.
