Scheduled for release: Late February – Early March 2026
A new 6’4” long-length model joins the Iron Flick Aggressive series — purpose-built for slow-pitch jerk.
Iron Flick Aggressive / IFAB-642T
The 642T is tuned with powerful blank rebound to maximize slide speed and lateral movement of the jig.
Its sharp recovery generates strong appeal to aggressive fish while effectively triggering reaction bites from pressured or less active targets.
Built for an aggressive jigging style that emphasizes speed, combination jerks, and controlled falls, the 642T features a high-response shaft designed to maintain precision and authority under load.
Particularly well-suited for amberjack, the rod provides the lifting power and torque required for vertical fights in deep water.
From coastal waters to offshore expeditions targeting large bottom species and tuna, it performs confidently across both shallow and deep zones.

Feature ① / Reinforced Blank Design for Long-Length Performance
Longer jigging rods often tend to feel softer and less responsive, causing input from the angler to lose sharpness.
To counter this, the 6.4 series features a deliberately reinforced blank from the butt section through to the grip end.
By increasing blank diameter in this critical load area, we suppress the sluggish feel typically associated with long-length rods and ensure direct power transmission to the jig.
As a result, the 6.4ft length delivers extended lift and a wider working range, while maintaining the crisp, agile handling comparable to the 5.10 series.
It is a model that successfully combines the leverage advantage of a longer rod with the sharp responsiveness of a shorter setup.

Feature ② / Newly Designed Grip End
The 6.4 series incorporates a newly designed extended grip end.
The longer rear grip increases contact area against the forearm and elbow, providing greater stability during slow-pitch jerking.
This design reduces fatigue and allows for more controlled, comfortable action throughout long sessions on the water.
In addition, the rear section features a subtle taper toward the base of the grip.
This enhances hold security while also minimizing interference when the rod is tucked under the arm during straight-up fights, allowing for smoother and less stressful rod handling under load.
From beginners to experienced slow-pitch anglers, this grip design delivers comfort, control, and confidence across a wide range of situations.

Feature ③ / Titanium Double-Foot Guide System
All guides on the 6.4 series are equipped with titanium double-foot frames.
While small-diameter guides enhance sensitivity and line control, they can sometimes compromise durability.
To address this, the 6.4 series utilizes a double-foot construction to reinforce strength and reduce the risk of guide damage caused by line tangles or impact during fishing.
In addition, lightweight titanium frames significantly reduce overall rod weight.
This contributes to improved swing balance and faster blank recovery, resulting in sharper jig control and enhanced responsiveness.
Lightweight, sensitive, and built for real-world durability.
The 6.4 series is engineered to withstand demanding jigging conditions without sacrificing performance.
